Retreats in July

If you’ve been working hard all year, the months will have whizzed on by and you may well have forgotten to take some time out. July’s the month to stop, take stock and have a breather. It’s the perfect month to pull on your hiking boots and stride up hills and down dales. De-stress with some yoga and immerse yourself in nature this month, whether that means sleeping under canvas, a spot of glamping or a beautiful boutique retreat near a beach. It’s a good month to overhaul your diet too and enjoy the plentiful fruits and vegetables that are in season. Or go a step further and do a detox. You’ll feel much better for it. Our English retreats have a lot going on this month and the picturesque countryside around them makes them a very inviting prospect. Retreat with experienced life coaches, celebrate the New Moon with some yoga or try out some Pilates. In Spain you can write your book. In France you can undergo a detox or have some emotional therapy and in India you can experience the joys of ayurveda. Or head to Mongolia, where there’s an adventure in untamed wilderness waiting to be had.
