Retreats in March

Traditionally the month when we spring clean, March is the time to refresh, replenish and recharge your batteries AND your Vitamin D. A March retreat will set you up for the months ahead. Use this month to give your mind and body a declutter, with a detox break, some pampering treatments or a life coaching retreat to get clear on what you want for the coming months and years.
