Truly transformational breathwork and nature-inspired retreats

Founded by breathworker and forest bathing guide Justine Clement, Wonderbreath retreats are located in beautiful, tranquil locations in London and across southern England, and are aimed at the curious, as well as those struggling with high-functioning anxiety, poor sleep, overwhelm and a lack of connection to self. Choose a breathwork-only retreat, or one that combines creativity, cold-water immersions, nature connection, deep somatic movement and body connection. Expect to alleviate pain, release tension and find ways to shift life up a gear, and emerge radiant with a deep, inner peace.

our Reviewer Sasha bates says OF HER LONDON RETREAT:

‘When it was over, I felt buzzy, more awake and more alive. I was fully inhabiting my body - more aware of it and listening to it better. I’d gone in shattered, had worked quite hard, and yet I felt energised’

Queen of Retreats says:

‘Justine handpicks exceptional therapists to work alongside her for each retreat. They’re all beautiful souls who will help you discover your own. Although you may spend only a short time cocooned away from real life, you will feel as if you’ve been away a week’

Dates coming soon

Touching the Soul, Harrow-on-the-Hill, London

Touching the Soul retreats take place in a charming corner of London at a wisteria-draped cottage, with a glorious rose garden, and are usually available every Thursday from 10am until 5pm. Justine Clement teams up with body psychotherapist Andrea Marie Lucas to help you face your thoughts, reclaim your personal power and let go of emotional baggage.

Experience two hours of enlightening breathwork, with intention setting, guided breath and shavasana (deep relaxation) and a deep, two-hour massage. Expect therapeutic reflection and insights, along with lightbulb moments, as you clear stuck energy. An online follow-up session takes place a week later.

You’ll spend most of your day in the cottage grounds in a small, light-filled annexe, with a mattress for breathwork and an armchair for journaling. You’ll be nourished with calming herbal teas, supportive green juices, an ayurvedic lunch and protein bars for snacks.
