This holistic journey combines four weeks of pre-retreat support, given virtually on both a one to one and group basis; a transformative five-night retreat featuring two psilocybin ceremonies led by skilled facilitators; then six weeks of virtual post-retreat support to create a comprehensive experience that promotes personal growth, self-discovery and long-term integration.
Your retreat is held at De Hoorneboeg retreat centre, set on the site of two former sheep farms and founded as a place for contemplation and meditation, just 25 miles from Amsterdam. The 14-acre estate is quiet and lush, with a lake, nature trails and tastefully renovated buildings.
Two renovated 18th-century farm buildings have simple bedrooms, plus hammam and sauna. Meals are organic and vegetarian, prepared by top chefs with produce from their gardens.

Your retreat is held at Venwoude, a peaceful nature sanctuary in the woods of Lage Vuursche, just 10 miles from Utrecht. Surrounded by majestic beech and pine trees, the deep quiet that permeates the entire grounds creates an atmosphere conducive to reflection, personal growth and fostering connections.
All the minimalist bedrooms are simple, comfortable and filled with natural light. Showers and facilities are shared, with gender-specific shower schedules. Meals are organic and vegetarian, prepared by top chefs with local produce.
