Chef Jean Torne produces impressive, macrobiotic inspired dishes with nourishing ingredients such as sea kelp, plentiful fresh and fermented vegetables and herbs, satiating proteins (beans, tempeh, tofu) and wholegrains, with flavoursome sauces from peanut satay to wild mushroom. The group savours mealtimes also for the enjoyment of relaxing in each other’s company.
