Discovering nourishing nutrition at the Concord Institute of Integral Studies in England

Emma Douglas writes :

While the focus of the iEvolve programme is self-inquiry though dialogue, the Concord Institute of Integral Studies also promotes nutrition as core to personal evolution and wellbeing.   Chef Jean Torne produces impressive, macrobiotic inspired dishes with nourishing ingredients such as sea kelp, plentiful fresh and fermented vegetables and herbs, satiating proteins (beans, tempeh, tofu) and wholegrains, with flavoursome sauces from peanut satay to wild mushroom.  The group savours mealtimes also for the enjoyment of relaxing in each other’s company.
